This fort occupies the crest of a low rounded hill, which falls away quite steeply around the gorse-grown S and E flanks. Oval on plan, it measures about 65m from ESE to WNW by 35m transversely (0.18ha) within a heavily ploughed-down rampart with an external ditch; where best preserved the rampart forms a scarp about 2.2m in height. No entrance is visible, but it was either on the ESE or the WNW. The interior is featureless.
