Summary

Possible contour or level terrain fort, located on a small hillock in undulating ground to the NE of the River Severn at Bomere Heath. Area not defined. The site is now a cropmark only and there is little information as to its nature. However, the cropmark features indicate a circular or oval enclosure with three ditches and banks of substantial size and with visible internal features. No evidence of an entrance has been recorded, but the records do not preclude the existence of one. Minimal investigations, undated.
