An earthwork was reported about 1933 above Enterkinefoot (Shields and Reid 1933, 85), and though there is no trace of a surviving enclosure, the most likely position lies at the tip of steep-sided spur dropping down from NNW, where it rises into a knoll forming a local summit, before the ground falls away steeply into the bottom of the valley.
